How long does it take for my item to be shipped out of your warehouse? Your item will be shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days.
2. What different options to you have for shipping my item? There are different ways to ship your item. Your item will arrive either UPS or Priority Mail. Shipping charges are always $9.95. This charge is the same even if you order one item or ten. You will receive a shipping notification when your item has been shipped along with a tracking number to track your item. 3. What payment forms do you accept? We process our items through Paypal checkout. Paypal takes Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and your Bank ATM card. 4. I am uncomfortable using my credit card to make an online purchase. Is there any other way I can buy a filter? Yes! Go to the Contact Us page and complete the form. In the comments section tell us what you want to order. Write a check for the price of the product plus $10 for shipping and handling. Send it to Water Wisdom, PO Box 14215, St. Paul, MN 55114. As soon as we receive your Contact Form and the check, we will immediately send you the filter you requested.
Accepting payment through Paypal protects the buyer and the seller. You do not have to have an account to pay with Paypal. Please note: When paying with an echeck, we will wait for your check to clear before we process and ship your item. 4. Do you accept returns? Yes, we will accept all returns. You must return your item within 30 days of receipt. Any returns after 30 days of receipt will not be accepted. There will be a 15% restocking fee on items that are returned that are not defective. Buyer is responsible for shipping back returned item. Please contact us when you need to return something and we will issue you a return authorization number. You will need this number to return items. Any items returned without preauthorization will not be accepted and will be returned at the buyers expense. 5. What if I have questions, who do I contact?
